We were tasked with converting this stunning Edwardian stable block into five unique houses varying in size from 2,300 sq ft to 4,200 sq ft.

The three to five-bedroom homes we designed benefits from a contemporary, open plan feel while retaining the beautiful features of the original building, such as glazed brick walls and ornate cornicing.

The central courtyard forms the principle entrance to the houses. Designed by Helen Taylor Landscape and Garden Design, it is hard-landscaped and linked to a tree-lined avenue leading to the village of Askham Richard.

We worked with specialist developer Fountainhead Ventures Limited on this project.
